 How to make Pancake

Ingredients:

* 1  cup all-purpose flour
* 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 3/4 cup buttermilk
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1 large egg
* 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
* Cooking spray or extra butter for the pan

Instructions:

Prepare the Batter:   In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Mix Wet Ingredients:   In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract (if using).

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
   Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Preheat the Pan:   Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. You can lightly grease it with cooking spray or a small amount of butter.

Cook the Pancakes:   Pour about 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the hot skillet for each pancake. You can make them larger or smaller depending on your preference.

Add Toppings (Optional):
   If you'd like to add toppings like chocolate chips, blueberries, or sliced bananas, sprinkle them onto the pancakes while the first side is cooking.

Cook Until Bubbles Form:   Cook the pancakes until you see bubbles forming on the surface, usually after 2-3 minutes.

Flip and Cook the Other Side:   Carefully flip the pancakes with a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.

Serve Warm:   Remove the pancakes from the skillet and serve them immediately. You can keep them warm in a preheated oven at a low temperature (around 200°F or 93°C) if needed.

Add Toppings (Optional):   Serve your pancakes with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, butter, fresh fruit, whipped cream, or chopped nuts.

Enjoy your homemade pancakes! You can also experiment with different toppings and flavors to suit your preferences.
