Ladies special Kolhapuri Thumka Mocktail

Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice
 1/4 cup fresh orange juice

 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
 1/4 cup tamarind pulp (adjust to taste)
 1-2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
 1/4 teaspoon black salt
 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
 Crushed ice
 Mint leaves for garnish
 Sliced lemon or lime for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the Tamarind Pulp:
 Soak tamarind in warm water for about 15-20 minutes.
 Squeeze the tamarind to extract the pulp and discard the seeds and fibers.

Mix the Juices:
In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the fresh pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and lime juice.

Add Tamarind Pulp:
 Add the tamarind pulp to the mixed juices. Adjust the quantity to your preferred level of tanginess.
